HOW WE DO IT
Woodthorpe construction has been in business since 2009 creating beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for our many satisfied customers and their families to enjoy.
We work with Designers and Architects as well as direct with Home owners on any scale of residential interior and exterior work.
At Woodthorpe we pride ourselves on punctuality cleanliness and an attention to details that few others can provide.
All jobs have an agreed scope and contract before any work starts. All projects have start dates and completion dates, with the client understanding the process, timelines and milestones.
Every project is assigned a Forman who remains on the project daily until substantial performance has been reached to ensure sub trades, deliveries and tasks meet the scheduling requirements and to ensure the property is left clean and safe on a daily basis ready for the next day’s work., clean and safe.
Our clients often point out how clean and organized their homes are and the ease in communication with our staff. We are always available to meet at the beginning of any day to review client issues, concerns or clarifications before our clients are off for the day!
